Proper nutrition is a key component to optimal wellness. Our approach to nutrition is simple and straightforward: eat for your goal. If your goal is to reduce body fat, we will approach your nutrition with that goal in mind. Although identifying a specific goal is primarily the responsibility of the client, we will help you to focus your efforts on a realistic objective.

Our trainers have a great deal of knowledge and experience in the area of nutrition and our goal is to educate as well as provide the accountability necessary to most efficiently achieve your goal. Meal preparation and frequency, as well as calculating macronutrient recommendations and ideal caloric intake are skills that we will cover over the course of our training.

Meet Krystal Goodman: Your Wellness Nutritionist

Krystal Goodman has a passion for healthy living and wellness through her Bachelors of Science in Nutrition from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville paired with her experience in Nutritional Counseling,Clean Cooking, and Personal Training Certification. Her national certification through NCSF as a CPT along with another in the world-renowned TRX training system,a certified orange theory fitness coach, and AAHFF for nutrition make Krystal a versatile fitness professional.

 

Moreover, Krystal launched K’s Kwik Klean Kitchen in the fall of 2014, creating the perfect clean-eating meal-prep and meal plan solution for life’s demanding schedules. From weekly meals, to serving individuals with her nutritional expertise in meal planning and counseling catering to each and every need. Nationally certified by the American Academy of Health and Wellness, Krystal’s knowledge of nutrition extends far beyond her incredible penchant for cooking.


Krystal has also shown her expertise at Blackberry Farm, an award winning five star bed and breakfast known for its Nutrition and Wellness as their personal trainer and nutritionist. On the farm she leads group fitness classes ranging from an outdoor high intensity class to an aqua fit class.
