In his experience as a trainer, he has been fortunate enough to see numerous clients realize their fitness potential. He believes that as a trainer, fitness must be not only a profession but a lifestyle as well. His strengths as a fitness professional include personal commitment and passion for physical fitness, sincerity, professionalism and a wealth of knowledge and experience. As his client, your goals become his goals and your success is his success. In his effort to provide adequate knowledge and exceptional results, he has obtained certification and continues to pursue education through nationally recognized programs such as the International Sports and Sciences Association (ISSA) and the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). These associations are among the few that provide IHRSA approved programs and are recognized for their expertise in the fitness industry.
Emily Andzulis has been an avid Fitness enthusiast for most of her life and holds a 3rd degree black belt in TaeKwonDo and blue belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. She enjoys sharing her love of fitness with others who aspire to be the strongest, healthiest version of themselves. Emily is also a licensed massage therapist and pursues certifications to further deepen her understanding of the exercise and the human body. As a coach, Emily strives to teach her clients that wellness is as much mental as it is physical. Her passion is to help people reach their fullest potential in addition to whatever personal goals they want to achieve.
