I am officially a little over 3 months in my journey with Russell Scales and my results are starting to show…I have hard days and bad days still and sometimes feel like giving up but I always come back…I try my best to go to bootcamp 4-5 times a week and have been pretty consistent with that…I continue to make healthy food choices and drink lots and lots of water..I have gotten so close to the people I workout with at bootcamp, It’s almost like family..i truly look forward to seeing my bootcamp people..I post my progress for anyone who is just starting and feeling like you can’t do it or your not getting your immediate results…as Russell always says, “you get what you put in” so keep coming back and keep working and you will get there…One. Day. One. Workout. At. A. Time.
This is me, 22 pounds lighter and I dunno even know how many inches have shredded away..but I do know how many times I say thank you through out the day because people are constantly noticing my changes…I do know how many times I answer the question, You look great, what are you doing? I do know how many times I put on clothes in the morning only to take them them off because I can’t keep them on my waist…Russell provides results and if you don’t know, you better ask somebody!!!!
